Howard Weiner has over ten years of experience in handling complex criminal defense matters at the trial and appellate level in both State and Federal Courts. During his career, he has been involved with some of the most high-profile cases in New York, including:

• U.S. v. Stein, et al., 2007 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 52053 (S.D.N.Y. July 16, 2007) (member of team of attorneys representing a former KPMG employee in the largest criminal tax fraud prosecution ever brought in the United States, resulting in dismissal of all charges);

• U.S. v. Paloscio, 2003 WL 1872657 (S.D.N.Y.) (2003) (co-counsel in two criminal RICO trials resulting in the complete dismissal of murder in-aid-of racketeering charges); and

• U.S. v. Schwarz, et al., 283 F.3d 76 (2d Cir. 2002) (member of team of attorneys that secured reversal of convictions of New York City Police Officers prosecuted for the alleged assault of Abner Louima).

He was a Presidential Scholar at the George Washington University where he earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice. After college Howard Weiner earned his J.D. at Brooklyn Law School.
